iD48: The Ultimate Audient Interface

The Audient iD48 is the flagship interface of the iD range. Designed for producers and engineers who have outgrown their desktop interfaces. It packs eight Audient console preamps and 32 Bit ESS conversion with Audient's new Switchable Analogue Insert technology and huge ADAT expandability all into a 1U rackmount unit. This unit is the new centrepiece of your studio, ready to record full bands, complex drum setups and other big sessions with the great sound of an Audient console.

Eight Channels of Console Heritage

The iD48 is a huge jump from the iD44 MKII, it doubles your initial preamp count with eight of Audient’s acclaimed Class A Console Mic Preamps. These are the exact same circuits found in Audient's flagship ASP8024-HE desk. The iD48 preamps provide 68dB of gain with the ability to add +10dB of digital boost.

All New Switchable Analogue Inserts

The iD48 is the first in Audient's range to feature Switchable Analogue Inserts. This tech lets you manage the routing of your outboard gear without having to move a single cable, making your sessions run smoother than ever! 

Huge Expansion!

The iD48 starts with 8 great preamps and 12 line outputs, but with its optical input and output connections that support both ADAT and SPDIF, the iD48 can be expanded to a whopping 24 input, 32 output system! 

The ADAT input can be used to connect any ADAT enabled preamp unit regardless of brand, if you're looking to expand with the Audient sound, Audient offers three external preamp units, the EVO SP8, ASP800, and ASP880. Advanced Monitoring

The front panel has dedicated buttons for talkback, and alt speakers, with two programmable function buttons for even more monitor control.

With the iD48's fanless design, theres no need to worry about hearing a whirring fan in your quiet recordings, it'll provide near total silence no matter what you throw at it.
