By purchasing from GOBIRD, you agree to the following terms of service.

Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

We aim to ship your order within 1-3 working days of payment confirmation, delivery may vary depending on product and availability. Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in seperate packages.

Purchasing

Please choose your purchase carefully, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. We recommend researching the product in advance to make sure its the right product for you and your intended use.

Warranties

Every product ships with a 12 month manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise.

Deliveries 

We strongly encourage providing a work address to guarantee a successful delivery. Alternatively, please provide us with a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during work hours.
Once the item is delivered/signed for, it is no longer in our possession, and therefore your responsibility.

Returns
In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return. We will assess the fault and either repair or send you a new product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking

If a return is given special approval outside of warranty or fault related issues, a 15% restocking fee applies and your remaining balance will be issued in store credit. We do not offer refunds on any returns.
