The Manley Ref C is one of the most iconic tube microphones that's been used in countless famous records since its introduction in the 90s, it's become an industry standard and for good reason! The Manley Ref C sounds larger than life, its bass is big and punchy, mids clear and warm, and the highs are silky smooth with its extended top end.

Highest Quality Components
Manley has drawn on their expertise in tube circuitry to deliver incredible sounding microphones. The Ref C features a 6 micron centre fixed cardioid capsule with a gold sputtered diaphragm while using the same high end components as their Manley Gold Reference microphone. The Ref C uses an all-tube triode design (12AT7 tube) and a custom-wound output transformer with nickel laminations, delivering pristine sound on every source.
