The AML ez1073 Pre MK2 is an updated version of the exceptionally successful ez1073pre. It's the superb alternative to the original Neve 1073, now with a whole bunch of new features to reflect the needs of the modern recording engineer. Built with Carnhill input and output transformers, the MK2 delivers classic tone with modern versatility.

Just like its predecessor, the ez1073 Pre MK2 is one serious piece of kit, a 500 series Class A mic-pre with all through hole components and no surface mount parts, featuring large Carnhill input and output transformers (as found in original Neve 1073s). The MK2 version now includes a front panel Neutrik combi jack with DI circuit and automatic front/rear switching, 120Hz high pass filter, a 20db Pad for high level mic signals, line mode with +/- 25dB gain and output fader control - all packed into a one slot 500 series unit.
